29 May 2008: African Leadership Convention in Maastricht, the Netherlands
The first African Leadership Convention in the Netherlands will be organized at the Maastricht School of Management.
30 May 2008: Leadership Golf Cup 2008 in cooperation with KLM Club Africa
On the 30th of May 2008 the 2nd annual golf tournament will be organized at ‘Het Rijk van Margraten’ near Maastricht.
29 August 2008: KLM Club Africa Barbecue at Tjing Tjing South African Restaurant in Amsterdam
A great network event for members of KLM Club Africa and for business people who are interested to become a member.
25/26 September 2008: African Leadership Convention at Stellenbosch, South Africa & KLM Club Africa (event including wine tasting)
In cooperation with Sylvan Vale vineyards from Stellenbosch the first African Leadership Convention will be held in their congress centre. At the evening participants of the convention can meet with participants at the first KLM Club Africa event in Africa. The day after there will be a brunch including a wine tasting at Groenland winery.
8/9 November 2008: Let’s meet Africa and let’s do business in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
For the first time in the Netherlands OAVM will organize, in cooperation with Let’s Meet Africa, a two day African Business Conference and Exhibition in Strijp S, a former Philips factory in Eindhoven. Numerous organisations and companies from the Netherlands and Africa will be present. Various sectors will be presented during this exhibition. To name a few: World Cup 2010, Emerging Markets, Sustainable Business, Building your Network in Africa, specialists in African market research, and Development of Leadership in Africa.
