Government forms to be simplified

The 50 most-used government forms are to be simplified by next year so that everyone can understand them, junior home affairs minister Ank Bijleveld said on Thursday.

The public is irritated by complicated forms when applying for care allowance, study grants and child care supplements she told the Algemeene Dagblad. And fewer mistakes in filling in forms could save the government millions of euros too she said.
