22 April: Public debate: Food or Fuel

On April 22 at 7.30 pm, a public debate will take place on the issue of agricultural production for fuel or for food under the title ‘Food or fuel: a global European dilemma’. With Maria Rodrigues, Brazilian Ambassador to the European Communities, Rudy Rabbinge, Professor Sustainable Development & Food security, Wageningen University, and Robert Vierhout, Secretary General European Bioethanol Fuel Association. André Postema, Vice-President of Maastricht University is moderating the discussion. Organised in cooperation with the Socialist Party
