    Hello from Nord Holland,

Japanese toilets go one better. They are bidets that clean with soap and water, eliminating the use of toilet paper. The deluxe models lift the lid when someone approaches, closes it when they leave, plays music, keep the seat warm in cold Japanese wc’s, deoderize and send information about blood pressure and other medical measurements from urine directly from the receptacle to the doctor via cable internet.

I read that about 50% of Japanese households have at least the simple one -more than have computers. This should be a world standard with a positive effect on the enviornment and personal hygene with multiple other benifits.
