12 September: Maastricht School of Management Graduation Ceremony

On September 12, the annual MSM Graduation Ceremony will take place at the premises of Maastricht School of Management. On this occasion, the degrees of Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Philosophy (M. Phil.) and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) will be awarded to the graduates from over 30 countries.

Albania, Austria, Bhutan, Bolivia, P.R. of China, Colombia, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Malta, Namibia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, UK, USA, Vietnam, Yemen and Zambia will all witness students returning back home with increased management knowledge, acquired during their time at Maastricht School of Management.

Philip Houben Award
The Philip Houben Award will be granted to the student who shows the most promise of being a great ambassador to the city of Maastricht and MSM.
Mr. Philip Houben was mayor of Maastricht from 1985 until 2002. He helped to transform a regional city into a city with European prominence.
The Philip Houben Award includes a certificate and a statue designed by the famous Maastricht artist Mr. Albert (Appie) Drielsma.
