Maastrichts Mooiste Happy Run 5 K. race on Sunday afternoon 10 June 2007 is a beautiful race through the historic city of Maastricht. Thousands of spectators and carnival bands accompany you on your way to glory.

Maastrichts Mooiste 15 K.
Maastrichts Mooiste 15 kilometer starts on Sunday morning 10 June 2007 at 11 am. It is a spectacular and very rewarding race, but be prepared for some hills!

The course has all the ingredients that make Maastricht so special: architecture, scenery, hills, the historic city, bridges and you also shortly hit the Belgian village of Kanne.

Carnival bands in the city escort you during your way to glory. Just behind the finish you will find a big tent where you can get a massage. Enjoy and relax afterwards, on the many, many squares in beautiful Maastricht.

Vodafone Foundation WWF Children’s Run
The WWF Children’s Run starts on Sunday 10 June 2007, from 3 pm. The runs over 500 and 1.000 metres are open to kids between 4 and 12 years old. We start with the youngest kids and finish with the oldest kids. The programme finishes around 6 pm.

The registration fee of 3,50 euro is entirely for WWF. The central theme in 2007 is the Amazon area, a very special nature area in South America, threatened by the massive removal of trees. WWF tries to protect the Amazon and hopes you want to help, by running Maastrichts Mooiste.

4 - 7 year old children run 500 metres; kids from 9 - 12 years old run 1.000 metres. The competition takes place in the archictural area Céramique, with the start right in front of the prestigious public library Centre Céramique and the finish on Plein 1992.

Prior to the race, on their schools in most cases, all kids who have registered receive a free t-shirt to run the race in. After the finish all kids get a nice WWF-package, a beautiful medal and a free ticket for the subtropical swim paradise in Gulpen.

Before, during and after the race the organisation sets up a specific kids programme, with music, dance, sport clinics and face-painting. It will be one big party for the kids!

Maastrichts Mooiste Company Run
Maastrichts Mooiste Company Run is the ideal teambuilding activity for your organisation. From youngest employee, secretary to managing director, everybody looks the same while running.

A company team has a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 employees (family-members of employees, customers, friends are of course also invited). Team members can be men and women, the organisation applies a 10% time-correction for female runners. The best 3 runners of your company team determine the team score.

Company teams can participate in either the 5 or 15 K. race.
